Check slack and respond to messages
Send a message in slack to your team about anything important they need to know about his upcoming Sunday. Or just a message that you’re looking forward to serving with them. (i.e. Hey, I just wanted to give you guys a heads up that this week we’ve got a Photo Booth set up in the lobby, so our rotation with look a little different.)
Check your Local Church email

Check slack to see who planned their visit this week. Then fill out this form for every PYV who didn’t fill out a connect card. You’ll know if they already filled out a connect card by checking this workflow.
Regular Connect Card
Fill this out for every paper connect card that is found in the box.
Easter 2026 Connect Card
Fill this out for every Easter connect card that is found in the box.
Quarterly Check-In
Fill this out for every paper Quarterly Check-In that is found in the box.
